\u4f9d\u64da 2009\u5e74 \u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u764c\u75c7\u7814\u7a76\u6240 (National Cancer Institute, NCI) \u5206\u6790\u6bd4\u5c0d\u5f8c\uff0cWilms\u2019<\/span>tumor 1 (WT-1) \u662f\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u816b\u7624\u6297\u539f\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5728\u591a\u7a2e\u5be6\u9ad4\u816b\u7624\u53ca\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u7686\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8868\u73fe2,<\/a>3<\/a>\u3002<\/span>\u7531\u65e5\u672c TIMO \u7814\u767c\u7684 WT-1 \u764c\u75c7\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5ee3\u8b5c\u4e14\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u6297\u764c\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u9810\u9632\u53ca\u6cbb\u7642\u9ad8\u9054 95% \u7a2e\u985e\u578b\u7684\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u8b8a\u5316<\/strong>\u3002\u5728\u63a5\u7a2e WT-1 \u75ab\u82d7\u5f8c\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5176\u4e2d\u7279\u6b8a\u4f50\u5291\u7de9\u6162\u5730\u91cb\u653e\uff0c\u8a98\u5c0e\u6a39\u7a81\u7d30\u80de (dendritic cell, DC) \u4f86\u541e\u566c\u75ab\u82d7\u4e2d\u7684\u80bd\u6bb5\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u5448\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u589e\u52a0\u6216\u8a98\u5c0e\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u7522\u751f\u53ef\u7279\u7570\u6027\u8b58\u5225\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u8a18\u61b6 T \u7d30\u80de (memory T cell) \uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u6709\u6548\u6297\u764c\u6216\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u7d42\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u9632\u764c\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u4e0b\u5716\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u764c\u75c7\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5206\u6790\u6bd4\u5c0d 75 \u500b\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u6bd4\u8f03\u6b0a\u8861\u7406\u60f3\u764c\u75c7\u6297\u539f\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6cbb\u7642\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u539f\u6027 (immunogenicity, \u5f15\u8d77\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u80fd\u529b)\u3001\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\u3001\u81f4\u816b\u7624\u6027 (oncogenicity) \u7b49\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u767c\u73fe WT-1 \u662f\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u816b\u7624\u6297\u539f3<\/a><\/span>\u3002<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
